Defective/damaged goods

1.13 If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us (if possible send a picture and explanation for the defective and/or damaged items to sales@nityafoods.in. Subject to our review, you may be eligible for an exchange at no additional costs.

Order cancellation/returns

1.14 You have 14 days to cancel the order. Any goods received must be returned unopened within 14 days (at your cost). A full refund for your order will be given within 14 days of returned goods being received back to us.

Delivery

1.15 We will endeavour to deliver stock within 5 days of the order being placed, however, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused. Where possible, notification will be sent if products are out of stock or issues have occurred known to cause delays. Delivery can only be made to one specified address per order and not multiple locations.

Law and jurisdiction

1.16 These terms and conditions are governed by Indian law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Telangana.
