~ Cash rewards between $100 and $1,000 will be awarded based on creativity, quality, and overall presentation of selected reels.
~ Submitted reels will be used for Nitya Foods’ brand advertising across digital platforms including social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
~ Reels must be original content created by you. No copyrighted music, graphics, or material from third parties is allowed.
~ Videos must be clear, well-lit, shot in vertical format (9:16 ratio) and high resolution (minimum 1080p).
~ Only one submission per participant is allowed. Duplicate or multiple entries will result in disqualification.
~ The contest is exclusively open to Indian women currently residing in Ireland and the Netherlands.
~ Winners will be contacted via email or WhatsApp within 7–10 business days. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.
~ By submitting, you grant Nitya Foods full rights to edit, repost, and promote your reel for advertising purposes without requiring additional approval.
~ Any inappropriate, offensive, or unrelated content will be disqualified immediately without notice.
~ All decisions by the Nitya Foods judging panel are final and binding. No appeals or disputes will be entertained.
~ Submitted reels may be used by Nitya Foods for advertising, promotion, and brand campaigns across EU regions and beyond, for a duration of up to 6 months from the submission date.
~ Nitya Foods reserves the right to use the videos across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and paid ad campaigns.
~ Nitya Foods may also collaborate with participants’ Instagram profiles to co-post or tag reels for extended visibility.
~ The value of participation prizes (Nitya Foods products worth $50–$100) and cash prizes is up to the mentioned amount and may vary depending on internal evaluation.
~ Final prize allocation and distribution will be determined solely by the Nitya Foods management and higher authorities. Their decision will be conclusive and binding.
~ Nitya Foods reserves the right to modify, shorten, or extend the campaign duration, prize distribution, or promotional usage without prior notice.
~ By participating, you agree that your name, likeness, and reel content may be featured in Nitya Foods’ promotional announcements, winner showcases, or publicity material without additional compensation.
~ Nitya Foods shall not be responsible for any technical issues, upload errors, or incomplete submissions that fail to meet the contest requirements.
~ Any violation of these terms will lead to disqualification at any stage of the contest.
